    On April 30, the City received an application for a Planned Unit Development for the property located at 1905 N. 20th Street. The applicant requests permission for a proposed amendment to the Preliminary Development Plan (PDP) of the Northwest Business Park PDP to City Council.

    Location: 1905 N. 20th Street. West of and adjacent to 20th Street between E. South Baseline Road and Emma Street

    Land Use Designation: Residential

    Current Zoning: R1 / PUD – Residential Single Family/ Planned Unit Development

    Proposed Zoning: NA

    Total Area: 10 acres

    Public Hearing: Online through Tuesday, August 21st, at 7pm, Council Chambers 123 Civic Road
