The public hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, August 21st, at 7pm, Council Chambers at 555 5th Street, Futureville, ST 55555. Comments must be received by 2pm on Tuesday, August 21st, in order to be included in the staff report.
A Neighborhood Meeting regarding the proposed Lenart Subdivision was held on June 16th. There were 24 participants from the public, 3 applicant representatives, the property owner, and 2 city staff members present. The applicant made a short presentation and then answered questions from the attendees. Meeting materials have been posted in the document library.
The Applicant for the Lenart Subdivision, will host a Neighborhood Meeting at 6 pm on June 16th at the Library. The meeting will also be broadcast on Facebook. Meeting materials will be available on this site.
